Privacy Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
This policy explains what information Revamped Tabletop Games LLC ("we," "us") collects through our mobile games, this website, and when you contact us; how we use and share it; how long we keep it; and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect a username, your email address and a password, which we store only in encrypted (hashed) form. If you sign in with Apple, Google or another sign-in service, we receive an account identifier and the email address that service shares with us instead of a password.
Game and multiplayer data. Single-player progress and settings are saved on your device. When you play online, we store the data needed to run multiplayer games in the cloud: your username, game moves and results, match history and, in games that offer them, friends lists and messages you send to other players.
Analytics and diagnostics. Our games collect information about how they are used and how they perform, such as game events, session length, crash reports, device model, operating system and app version, language, an app or device identifier, and approximate location (country or region) based on your IP address.
Advertising. In games that show ads, our advertising partners may collect your IP address, device information, information about the ads you see and tap and, only where you allow it, your device's advertising identifier (the Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID). On iPhone and iPad, we ask for your permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites.
Purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive a confirmation of what you bought so we can deliver it, but we never receive your payment card details.
Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account and run our games, including saving progress and running multiplayer matches
- To deliver purchases and restore them on new devices
- To understand how our games are played, fix bugs and improve our games
- To show ads, which may be personalized only where you allow it
- To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse, and to keep our services secure
- To respond to your messages and send important service notices
- To comply with the law
How we share information
- Other players can see your username, your game moves and results, and messages you send to them.
- Service providers that host our servers and databases or provide analytics, crash reporting and advertising process information on our behalf. We will list each provider used by a game in this policy, with a link to its privacy policy, before releasing a game that uses it.
- Apple and Google receive information as needed to distribute our games and process purchases.
- Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our players, our company or others.
- Business transfers: if our company is merged or sold, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws treat sharing information with advertising partners for personalized ads as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out of that as described under Your choices and rights.
How long we keep information
- Account and multiplayer data is kept, linked to your account, until you delete your account.
- When you delete your account, we delete or permanently anonymize your personal information within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as tax and purchase records, and anonymized game statistics that can no longer identify you.
- Deleting a game from your device removes the data saved on that device. It does not delete your account or the multiplayer data stored in the cloud, because we are not notified when a game is uninstalled. To remove that data, delete your account.
- Analytics data is kept in identifiable form for no more than 14 months, then deleted or combined into totals that cannot identify you.
- Support messages are deleted when we no longer need them to help you.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account from the game's settings, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
- Limit ad tracking: on iPhone and iPad, go to Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking. On Android, go to Settings, then Google (or Privacy), then Ads, to delete or reset your advertising ID.
- Access or correct your information by emailing us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Residents of some U.S. states may have the right to know, access, correct and delete their personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on these legal bases: providing the service you requested (accounts and multiplayer), our legitimate interests (analytics, security and preventing cheating), and your consent (personalized ads and tracking), which you can withdraw at any time. To make a request, email us. We may need to verify your identity, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account or sent us personal information, we will delete it. If you believe this has happened, please contact us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. It is hosted by GitHub Pages, which may log visitors' IP addresses for security purposes, as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will also notify you in the game or by email before it takes effect.
