Delete your account
This page applies to all games published by Revamped Tabletop Games LLC.
Option 1: Delete it in the game
- Open the game and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2: Ask us by email
If you no longer have the game installed, email support@revampedtabletopgames.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything.
What gets deleted
Within 30 days, we delete or permanently anonymize your account and the personal information linked to it, including your username, email address, sign-in details, cloud-saved game data, match history, friends lists and messages.
What we keep
- Records we are required to keep by law, such as tax and purchase records
- Anonymized game statistics that can no longer be linked to you
Purchases and subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions or refund purchases, which are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting your account. Purchases tied to a deleted account cannot be restored.
Deleting the app
Uninstalling a game removes the data saved on your device but does not delete your account. Use one of the options above to delete your account and cloud data.
